If you have been selected for Verification as a result of your FAFSA filing, please print and complete the form below and submit it to the Financial Aid Office.

In-School Deferment
If you wish to defer payment on your existing student loans, please print and complete the “Borrower” portion of the form below. Submit the completed form to the registrar along with a stamped envelope which is addressed to your lender and has your address as the return address. The registrar will complete the “Authorized Official’s Certification” portion and mail the form in the envelope you have provided.
